Hi guys, Enda Feighery here again reporting from a wet Malvern England representing our very own Macra Na Feirme.
fun packed day today and the weather is certainly  not dampening any of our spirits on this the second day of the Rural youth autumn Seminar in Malvern England. Today started off with Learning about Business plans and creating successful Business plans, We were joined by Georgina and Simon Business Specialists  from Nat West who offered brilliant insight into what should be included when developing a business plan for rural enterprises.
Today was also focused on entrepreneurs, in particular what characteristics and qualities that make good entrepreneurs,  discussions also followed and each group researched personal profiles our team researched Anita Roddick founder of Body Shop which was very interesting. Body shop were one of the first company's to promote fair trade in third world countries not to mention they were one of the first companies to prohibit testing of ingredients on animals.

Lynsey Sweales from SocialB UK gave a talk on social media tips for building a rural enterprise and the main key areas including Search engine optimization. This is only my second Blog So i'm learning lots and not doing too bad... Thats all from Malvern for the  moment. we are visiting local Business in the area in the morning so will touch base with you then.
